How payment works
Buyers pay only the taskbit price (plus any extras they pick) at checkout. There is no buyer service fee. The payment is held securely and the seller's countdown starts immediately. Funds are released to the seller once the order is delivered.
Speed and price
Every taskbit has a guaranteed delivery time, from 30 minutes up to 1 week. Sellers set their own prices; Express taskbits (under 1 hour) often cost a little more for the speed.
Late deliveries
If an order passes its deadline, the buyer can request a cancellation from the order page. Persistent late delivery lowers a seller's on-time rate, which is shown on their dashboard.
