Fair rules for buyers and sellers
Fees never change because of a dispute or a hold: 10% for sellers, 0% for buyers. Every decision on your money is made by a person and explained in writing.
Payout Guarantee
- We never hold your money without a written reason that you can read on your Earnings page.
- A person on our team reviews every hold within 72 hours. You see the countdown.
- A dispute holds only the money for that one order. Your other cleared earnings stay yours.
- If a hold is kept after review, you get a new written reason and a new 72-hour review date.
Refunds: your choice
When a refund is approved, money you paid from your micraa wallet returns to the wallet instantly. For money paid at checkout you choose:

- Original payment method · refunded to the original payment method you used at checkout, usually within 3 business days
Fair Dispute Center: default rules
The buyer gives a reason and can upload evidence. The seller has 48 hours to answer with files. Both sides see the same timeline. A person decides within 72 hours and writes down why.
Transparent seller score
Every store shows a score from 0 to 100, built from real orders in the last 12 months:
- On-time delivery · 25%
- Response rate · 20%
- Order completion · 25%
- Buyer rating · 20%
- Disputes lost · 10%
New taskbits from sellers with fewer than 5 completed orders get a ranking boost for their first 30 days, so new talent gets seen.
